Shader nodes changes and get broken

My shader networks has changed and gotten broken on some scene files ive been working on.
something changes image texture nodes to bitmaps and adds multiply nodes and all transform nodes are missing.

I previously used the 1.3 R2 when i noticed the problem i switched to R7 but still cant get shader netwoks back to what they where.
I tried to reproduce this bug with R7 and they still work after re-opening so maybe this is a 1.3 R2 bug?

What did you do to cause this? Open scene and display in node editor? Auto load is selected for node editor?
