I keep getting a problem where I have to manually unlock my licenses and I DO NOT want to use my (for some reason) 5 limited unlocks as im currently at 4 unlocks left within the course of a couple of days. If I have to unlock AGAIN, then Ill be at 3 unlocks left.

I restarted my computer after a Windows 10 update and my licenses were already active (yet all my other C4D plugins remain fine with their licensing.) So, what steps do I do to preserve my unlocks because I do not want to end up with NO unlocks left in the future. Very frustrating as it shouldnt have to even be a concern.

I have Perpetual licenses of 2020.

please note that the web counter will be rest to maximum after a certain period of time (roughly a month), if the unlock button will not be used during that time.
So, since it was caused by Win 10 update, please press the red Unlock button beside of the Standalone license, in your personal Octanelive page:
https://render.otoy.com/account/octanelive.php

Note that Standalone and plugin licenses always work together, so check to have both listed in green as Available, before starting the plugin.

If you have to finish the unlocks, please write to [email protected] sharing your Otoy Username, to reset the counter.
