Can Octane Lights update in real-time in Viewport?

Is there a way to get real-time updates with an OctaneLight in the Octane viewport?

It seems like other lights have more immediate feedback, but the only way to see any change with these lights it to rebuilt the entire scene every single time. Is there a configuration or something I'm missing to get lights to provide some responsiveness in the real-time workflow?

EDIT: So it looks like disabling Quick Mode can help with making some changes - like intensity. But it still requires Updating Scene Geometry if I add or move lights/geo (which seems odd).

Hi reidstudio,
select all objects (ctrl+a)
mouse righclick > Octane properties
set "all movable"
restart the scene
