I've just subscribed to Studio yesterday, but I can't post anywhere in these forums, I can only post in Demo version & discussion ??? is it normal ?

It's ridiculous that people would even have to subscribe and sign up or buy license to be able to ask about the product. I agree. No one does that.

I am trying to get help with an issue but having trouble with how to start a new thread. I have the Daz3D Studio plugin and trying to figure out the best method for fixing a hair poke through problem. I would attach images but there is no method available to do that.

I registered yesterday, downloaded the DAZ Studio plugin and have done a few test renders. I like what I see so far but need to ask for help in the forum and I cannot post. How silly.

Several times I have tried to turn on a materials button e.g. Albedo ON or Diffuse ON. The button turns on but as soon as I select a different material it goes back to OFF. I can't see any APPLY button or so on.

TLDR how do I turn on material buttons such as Albedo or Diffuse so it stays on?

for folks with similar problems reading this: I reached out to them via email and they quickly sorted me out. i can now use the forum as one would expect
