Houdini Installation Problem

I can't seem to post this in the Houdini subdirectory, so I'm not sure how to better ask for help (new here, hello!).
I'm using Houdini Indie 18.0 v416
I've followed the (rather confusing) installation instructions and pointing to the 416 build. See image below.
NOTE: I've also tried this with the 'bin' subdirectory (found in a youtube video - that didn't even produce anything).
