File saving issues in 2020.1.RC3 - 21.5

There are couple that I found:
1. Deniosed pass is rendered but not written in EXR:
2. Octane output files — for the sequences is it possible to write pass names (separate image files output) and octane tag postfix (multilayer EXR) before the file numbering?
Wtiring anything after the frame number makes sequences unusable and requires batch renaming after the rendering.
