How would I create this LED Display texture?

Hey all, curious to get a texture display going, especially in terms of the reflection on the sides of the glass. (at the edges of it)
What would be the best way to go about this?
I guess it is not glass but plexiglass or something.

If I understand what you are asking about the reflections on the sides, I think your best bet is to build the geometry the way it really is. You've got a simple emissive surface behind a sheet of glass or plastic, and there is some internal reflection and refraction going on inside the clear sheet. It's pretty straight forward.
