Blending textures/materials? Terrain. (slope?)

I am having a heck of a time figuring out how to blend textures. Octane seems to lack a "slope" gradient. This is a big issue. Octane LW does allow for LW nodes to work with Octane for some nodes. Was trying to see a way to make that happen. The simplest thing I am trying to do is simple use an image or fractal (octane) to mask for two materials to be applied. Terrain is the main focus.

Perhaps you could use COP nodes for that. These nodes can be referenced from the Octane texture node using the "op:" syntax.
Thanks,

Can I have that in English? Heh. Where is the COP node in Octane LW? ( OP: )?

Ah, damn, sorry! I was thinking about the Houdini plugin
Hmm, I'm not sure how to do something like that in LightWave. You can use some of the LW procedural texture nodes, as you can see in the docs. Not sure if this could help in your workflow.
