3DS Max animated texture sequence NOT animating.

Hey guys,
I'm having a really weird issue. I've got a number of properly named frames of animation that I am trying to map to a surface in my scene. Think of frames from a live video being mapped to a 3D model of a flat TV. For whatever reason the animation only displays the first frame on the surface and doesn't animate as I scrub back and forth. What is the problem? Attached is a screenshot showing my naming convention and the texture parameters.
