Hello, I am new to octane. I have the demo version. But when I import the object file into octane some of the materials are combined into one and named wire_something(several digits). Can you help, pls.

if they are named wire is because you are importing from max and they don't have a material assigned or it's a non standard material (Max's internal obj exporter can only export standard materials, that's a Max limitation). Go back to max, assign a standard material with a unique name and export again.
