What latest version is my license good for?

Updating all the way from 3.08 (I know lol pretty old) since I Just upgraded my machine. I had the standard just pay $300 of w/e four years ago and that was it. I know there's a lot of weird new license stuff happening, so what's the newest version of Octane I'm still allowed to download with that? Or do I have to re-upgrade and pay for something?
Bonus question, what's the latest Octane version that works with R19 by chance?

Ok to clarify I'm clearly late on this party but the documentation does not seem to clarify anything.
My License page shows I have an Octane Standalone and Octane plugin license for C4D. Both are available with all 5 "unlocks" left, but Standalone notes that I don't have whatever All-Access is. Additionally, the standalone did prompt me to deactivate my old license, which I don't have since that harddisk went corrupt, and notes I can deactivate or release the license on the license page.........but there is no deactivate / release option at all on my licenses.
What exactly am I supposed to do to get things up and running here??

Hi,
please, press the red unlock button for Standalone license, beside your licenses you should also see v4, if not, you need to firstly upgrade your licenses from v3 to v4 for free:
https://render.otoy.com/shop/upgrade.php?
Then you can download and install v4.05-R7.
You can find the latest stable versions by visiting your personal Downloads area:
https://render.otoy.com/account/download_archive.php
You need to select your purchased version from the Select Software pop up:
If you stillò need assistance, please write to
