AI upsampling on 4.05

Does AI upsampling work on 4.05 - 6.29 for 3dsmax? I see it on the camera roll-out but there's just a checkbox and I'm not sure where else to change settings.

Up-sampler comes with v2019.1 SDK, it cannot be in v4.x SDK.
It's an UI issue.
