Octane plugin Broken??

i know this isn't the place to do this but i cant post to the support forums and support takes to long to response but is anyone experiencing similar problems as seen in these screenshots or is the plugin crashing and freezing your system when you try to render an image cause i'm having all these problems and it sucks cause i rent octane and i'm losing time cause i can't do anything cause it seems the plugin is completely broken.
