I'm about to purchase an enterprise subscription Octane, if I change my computer or make a clean install, what must I do with my licence before changing of computer of before making a clean install ?

Hi,
if you need to to move your licenses on another machine, better to always manually deactivate your licenses.
To do so, you need to go to Octane Settings/Account, and press the sign-out button, to deactivate your licenses.


You can check the status of your licenses by visiting your personal octanelive page.
If the machine is not reachable, you can use the web deactivation, by pressing the red Unlock button beside of both licenses, Standalone and plugin:
for Box perpetual licenses
for Subscription licenses

Please note that the web counter will be rest to maximum after a certain period of time, if the unlock button will not be used during that time.
