Smoke compositing problem?

Hi

I tried to render some smoke and when i put render over plate in nuke renders do not match.
Maybe i do not understand something here.
I have background plate in octane with osl projection node.

1.I make one render with "keep environment"
2.second render with "keep environment" off

In nuke i use matte for comp over plate , or premultiply node , than over compositing.
And thise renders do not match!
When i see render , i think alpha channel of smoke look "strange" , so this might be problem.

I was doing same thing in mantra , and everything lines up perfectly.

Thanks

I was searching forums and was able to found couple threads that are mentioning this problem.

Like this one:

viewtopic.php?f=30&t=72053

Same thing as in my case , that when you render smoke with alpha , alpha is basically"bad"(like it has some gamma correction) , and do not match in composite.

I hope there is some checkbox that is have missed or something , otherwise is SERIOUS bug.

I'll report this issue to the core devs. It seems some kind of issue or limitation on the Octane core volume rendering.

Thanks,

Thanks Juanjo ,

I would like to get answer for this one from core devs, because if this is like some kind of limitation , for me is "game breaking" because i can't render and composite volumes correctly.
