export parameters to a batch file

Could it be done that the script created a batch file with all the command lines for the animation and exported a set of obj file sequentially named for later render? mainly cause max is using vram of the display gpu and that way it could save some vram, althou I imagine that it would need quite some disk space, but it could be used as a batch renderer for single shots this way too. Also, I don't know if it's been asked, but can the script export the next frame while octane is rendering to save on exporting time. The first time it could export frame 0 and frame 1 name each different and launch octane rendering frame 0, when it starts and loads the scene it can be deleted and rename with frame 1 and export frame 2 and rename it as frame 1 and so on, don't know if I explained myself and I might be asking something rather stupid, but it was just a thought.
Thanks
