Volumetric Fog in 3DS Max

Hi guys,
I'm running some render comparisons, creating the same scene in all the major render engines and I seem to have hit a brick wall with my attempts to do create volumetric fog in Octane (3DS Max).
This is the reference scene... As you can see it's nothing too complex.
In the other engines, I've used a blanket environment fog but I couldn't see any way of doing that in Octane (Please enlighten me if I missed it) so I've gone down the route of trying to draw a box around the scene and apply a volume material to it.
Whatever I try though, it just doesn't seem to work. Here is the volume setting I'm using though I've tried using a simple volume scatter medium as well. Any advice on the subject would be hugely appreciated.
