New rent licensing schemes - help

Hi all,
i really appreciate new licensing scheme, anyway info are still not so clear so it's hard to understand what i can and cannot do.
Now i have subscription license which allows me to use up to 2GPUs and i'd like to upgrade to Enterprise rent license, which allows any number of GPUs.
Some questions:
- Should i kill current subscription and make a new one, or is there a way to upgrade current license ?
- Is new Enterprise subscription valid just for upcoming 2020, or can i buy it right now in order to use all my 3 GPUs with current Octane for Lw version (2019.x) ?
- Once i have new subscription, should i reinstall Octane 2019.x or accessing it with new credentials will automatically allow me to use all three GPUs with no need to do anything ?
- It seems there is no included ORC support for Enterprise subscription. This means i'll have to rely just on other renderfarms, or can i buy ORC credits separately to use with this license ?
Thanks in advance,
Paolo
