Hi!
I'm using Octane with C4D most of the time but i'm trying to use the Standalone (2019 + 2020 now

) version...
My problem is that i just can't navigate in the viewport. Right clic + slide = the camera rotate in the world space instead the object center... Very frustrating !
Can i use the presets from C4D ?

Hi,
This is quite an old post, but I've got the same question. I'm using a Wacom tablet as my general input device (I haven't used a mouse in years) and am usually pretty happy with controlling all kinds of apps on my machine. However, in terms of Octane Render Standalone, I've got issues, most importantly zooming in and out of the Nodegraph editor. Both the middle and right buttons seem to be reserved for panning and as far as my tests go, none of the modifier keys (CTRL, SHIFT, ALT) have any effect on this behaviour. Is there a way to zoom in and out of the Nodegraph editor without a scrollwheel? That'd be super-useful.
Also, is there a shortcut to frame all geometry in the Render viewport or to zoom in on one particular mesh? I find the 3D navigation quite difficult, in particular as I'm not able to tell where the pivot point is located around which the camera rotates. This makes getting the right angle a lot harder. Most 3D apps have that pivot point linked to the cursor and as long as you hover over a part of a mesh, the pivot point will be based on this location in space.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts
