recommended version 2019

hey,
probably a dumb question:
i am currently on 20.3 build, which is apparently obsolete.
what version should one jump to after this one, there are quite a bit or releases to download?

If you are using Blender 2.8 then the next version you should be using is 20.5. The others are for Blender 2.79

im in the middle of a couple of deadlines, hence the question.
do you think 20.5 i stable enough to jump while in beta?

It depends on what kind of work you have to do but I have been using it at work and had no issues so far besides the issues mentioned here in the bug reports. So I'd say it is pretty stable so far.
