FR - render final image our of IPR

hi,
when scene is OK in IPR and i just want to render it as final, it would be cool to have a "render final" button in order to transfer currently loaded scene to F10 render.
Some scenes may take 2-3 min to load and when it's OK in IPR it feels a bit a waste of time to close IPR and hit F10, and wait for full load again.
Would this be possible ?
