Colour management settings needs more love.

Hello developers,
the colour management in plugin for Blender 2.8 needs to be reworked as it is not intuitive and poses issues for new users.
My idea for this is:
1. Make it simple to enable or disable Blender's Color management. eg. enabling Octane imager, sets Blender Color Management to None.
2. Make sure that Both Preview and Final render image look the same no matter what settings are in Octane Imager and Blender Color management.
3. "Prefer tonemap if applicable" should be removed and integrated with Imager settings. eg turning off Octane Imager automatically disables Octane tonemapper thus preserving full image tonal range when saving 16 and 32 bit images.
