hi guys we have a problem.
use LW 2018.0.7 + Octane 4.04.0.0
after send render F9 or F10 is frequantly a anomalous crash of layout.
it's closed witout error. this is a big problem for us.
what test can we do to understand the problem?

Yes please, check the latest 4.05.0.0 build available, but if it still crashes, can you please enable the Octane log file in the plugin options panel and attach here the log that you get after one of these crashes?

thanks juanjgon i've installed last version but today have 2 crash. iven see the answers next week aptive Octane log file so can show if are problem.
it is very annoying because crashes and turns off everything without giving errors.
the problem always occurs when has finished rendering and must open the image

Do you have the denoiser enabled? These problems just before finishing the rendering can be related to the denoiser.

So probably this is the problem. Perhaps you are running out of GPU RAM to run the denoiser, something that is usually related to the render resolution. If you have two or more GPUs you should enable the denoiser only in one GPU, the one with more free VRAM available, and never using the display GPU that usually has less memory available.

ok i've 2 gtx 1070...
how can aptive denoiser only for 1 graphic card?

In the plugin options panel. In the same window used to configure the GPUs.

I was having similar issue with earlier version of Octane....I moved to NVIDIA 431.86 drivers and I have not had a crash recently. I'm getting ready to try latest version of Octane.

I'm on LW 2018.0.7 and Octane 2018.1.3.0 For anyone else.
