A few questions on all the multiple Blender releases

Is latest beta release of Octane Blender 2019.1.1 - 20.3 ONLY for Blender 2.8? If so will 2018.1.3 - 17.10 for Blender 2.79 continue to be updated, or is that the last release for 2.79 now that it is labeled as "stable"?
Is the current beta release 2019.1.1 - 20.3 still part of the free Octane Blender, or is it for subscribes so we can now use multiple GPU's?

Thank you for asking this question.
A comparison table would be really helpful for these data points. And perhaps include assorted performance points regarding version capabilities, and RTX utilization.

Right now 2019.1.1 integration is only available for Blender 2.8, with 2.79 that will be updated shortly.

It's both free and available as standard licensed product:
