Unwrap & Preview Texture Problem

1 . Unwrap - Despite being correctly mapped the map is not correctly positioned. Any tips?
2. Preview Texture - Has anyone had this problem? Any solution?
I have already installed older versions of Octane and Nvidia Drivers (studio version)
