need help please! suddenly crashes

Hi,
suddenly I get evertime crashes when I start a rendering to PV.
"Generate mesh data for instance object cnt:0"
- I deleted all instances in my scene
- I deleted oct.dat
- made several restarts
- deleted c4d prefs
- copied all objects to a new scene
Nothing seams to help.
Any idear, what I can try more?
Before the first crash with this message appears, all was fine.
(V4.04 R2 C4D R20.059 Win 10 Pro 64)
