Everyting work but I want use nvlink for get 2x 22 go vram.
I saw than it's import to active sli on nvidia panel config, but I can active only one sli.

Afaik you need to plug the monitor into the second 2 cards, enable SLI on them and then disconnect the monitor but put in a dummy monitor plug (possibly once you've already shutdown your PC). Then plug in the monitor into your first 2 cards and enable SLI on them again. That way you kind of trick all of the cards to still have SLI on.

I also tried for quite a few times, 2x2 Sli seems not working, seems it is Nvidia not allowing this happen,
not sure otoy can make it work on the both pairs, guess it need to jump over the nvidia control panel's setting...

It seems even for quadro, nvidia drivers do not support multiple pairs...
