I have updated the installers at the top of this thread with:

2019.1.3.115
- Compiled with Octane 2019.1.3
- Fixed exception being displayed when rendering in Octane via the Rhino Render menu prior to opening the OctaneRender panel
- Added additional checks to ensure the Viewport is visible on a screen after using two monitors
