[20.0 v10] Filtering out HDRI environment

It seems that you cannot filter out the HDRI Environment from glass. Steps i have taken that should have worked :

1. Specular material on the object -> tick Affect Alpha
2. Kernel Settings -> Path Tracing (&PMC) enable Alpha Channel and untick Keep Environment.

Am i missing some steps or is this a bug? If not a bug please neglect my ignorance. :?

Enabling Affect alpha and enabling Alpha Channel should do the trick to make refraction not affected by the environment.
This works in Octane plugin 17.x (2018) but not in 18.x/20.0 which is based on Octane 2019. Looks like it is a core engine bug, the same happens in in Standalone.
