[20.0 v10] Filtering out HDRI environment

It seems that you cannot filter out the HDRI Environment from glass. Steps i have taken that should have worked :
1. Specular material on the object -> tick Affect Alpha
2. Kernel Settings -> Path Tracing (&PMC) enable Alpha Channel and untick Keep Environment.
Am i missing some steps or is this a bug? If not a bug please neglect my ignorance.
