In Kernel settings when Direct light kernel is selected the option for Path Trace kernel are active while doing nothing when changed.

If Info-channel kernel is selected its parameters are grayed out (Z-depth max, UV max etc). The same is in 17.x

Fixes in kernel settings
Fix wrong gray UI
Hide unnecessary options in different kernels
Remove deprecated G.I. modes

In 17.10 and 18.4 kernel modes still show unrelated options. eg. Direct light has grayed out PMC kernel options or PMC mode has grayed out GI/AO pulldowns and so on.
