Hi there!

On Octain Version 4.02.1-R3 there was a big bug on Multipass.
If u save your Multipass as PNG your color-range is false!

Ur object of Renderlayer has a color-range of 254 instead of 255!

if u save JPG (i wrote this bug since version 2!!) u got artifacts around ur white mask!
Looks like it will be saved as quality of 6 instead of 12....

Damn it...its no clean Multipass possible???

Here is a Picture-Capture with 500% zoom.

Here u are:

If you render all your passes with "infopass-Renderlayer" seperatly they are perfect.
But if u want all together once they are false....so its a bug.

Only thing is right that max values are 254 if you use PNG, I'll check it! Other than this I cannot get dirty results with JPG, it's completely clean. What's you C4D version?

I've fixed the PNG254 problem. It was about unexpected results with C4D's pixel conversion functions.
