Thanks for your report and sorry for the inconvenience.

The download links, provided on the 18.2 release thread, are for regular license holders.

Please notice that we have updated the release post and now the links are for enterprise license holders (the same as before in 17.x and 18.x).

Please make sure whether it's compatible with the license you hold.

So [Enterprise] version is for OctaneRender 4™ Enterprise DCC / All-Access Bundle license
and regular license version is for Unbundled OctaneRender 4™ Enterprise DCC Plug-ins license?

Regular = OctaneRender 4 Enterprise DCC Combo. It will never expire.
And, OctaneRender 4™ Enterprise DCC / All-Access Bundle license = Octane V4 (regular) + OctaneRender Enterprise All-Access Annual Pass (12-24 months ), limited time to access octane 2018 and 2019. But once the 2018 or 2019 expires 12-24 months then your license will be reverted to V4.
