Octane not refreshing

Hi guys,

I´m having an issue where Octane isn´t refreshing specific parameters.

I did a screencast here: https://streamable.com/okf3n

As you can see it´s updating the spheres position and camera rotation - but not the rotation Z of the texture. It only refreshes it with a push of the render button.

I reduced this scene from a more complex one and I also had this issue with other shader parameters a couple of times already. I remember having this issue in the beginning of 2018 already.

Any ideas?

Edit: I also tried it with Octane V4.04 R2 now. Still occurs.
Also occurs with pathtracing.

Scenefile attached without texture. I bet you can use any other image file.

the Z scale is set to 0, if you set it back to 1, everything is updating as expected:

thanks for your reply.

Yes, that´s true and I didn´t notice that.

However it still should refresh automatically. Because it updates once I click the render button. Right?

And as mentioned I had exactly this issue a couple of times during the last year. For example when adjusting the shader of a carpet that didn´t use the "Transform".

It's updating very well without any issues after if you do what beppe said. Giving scale-z as zero probaly causing an internal math error in the Renderer. Just estimating.
