Random Color node doesn't respect polygons ID

Random Color node doesn't respect polygons ID from Mograph fracturing. Please see attached scene. Color Shader and MultiShader nodes respect it with no problem.
Another issue is that Random Color node change its seed after closing Node Editor window.

What do you mean by "respect"?

Ignoring them. No random colors for it - only for object instances, not indivdual polygons.

All right! It's just supporting render-instances, nothing else.

Yes, but should not he serve polygons too - like other color nodes ?

Not! Just render-instances(aka scatter nodes of Octane for objects)
