C4D R19 / Octane V4.04 (not R2 yet).

For some reason I'm getting lovely glare rays in LV on Daylight (new model) but both bloom and glare are absent in Picture Viewer. Denoise Beauty Pass is on (on completion) and even after render is finished, I'm not seeing post effects. Post effects on camera are turned off but it doesn't work even when I override settings in the camera tag.

A clue: if I crank up bloom and glare, I can see some effects on specular on my subject, but nothing from the direction of the sun...

Ideas?

Ok, progress...

When the actual sun is visible in the render area, the post effects render properly in the picture viewer. Live Viewer viewport is a square area with crop marks in C4D so it works in LV. But unless the sun itself is part of the composition, I'll never see the results of the post process in the 16x9 PV render. Any ways around this?
