octane suddenly stopped running, now only demo runs

Hi
I have written in several times about how Octane was running fine then suddenly
failed to load/start. Earlier it was running great then after I installed the Sketchup plugin,
the octane menu would open but octane wouldnt and trying to launch octane on its own
would result in the octane launch graphic appearing but the program wouldnt load,
worse i would be forced to reboot the system because that graphic would be tattoed
To the desktop and would no close, even through the task manager could not be shut down; wierd.
After uninstalling sketchup completely, i called Octane and the gentleman told me my NVIDIA
drivers might not be up to date or confused since Im running two cards, a GeForce and a Tesla.
I called NVIDIA, i am now def up to date. After trying over and over to get octane to run, with
no success, i downloaded the demo version and it told me i did not have admin rights on my machine
So after changin my settings, BAM, octane worked!
That relief was short lived though because yesterday i installed the Blender 2.5 plugin which was
developed and posted by one of the customers on this forum and once again, Octane was disturbed
and suddenly doesnt open AGAIN.
But, the funny thing is, THE DEMO VERSION IS RUNNING FINE!
With respect, this is the strangest,most fragile and unstable software Ive ever
seen or perhaps just the copy Ive been downloading is. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
from the site several times and the same result; fails to open, doesnt get to the activation point...nothing
and im forced to reboot. Terribly frustrating.
Why would the demo version be running fine but the legit version, which i paid for wont load??
This is a new, powerful computer, in the few weeks ive had it, ive since installed Photoshop, Carbonite and Blender
and they work perfectly so it has to be Octane.
In the breif time i was able to use Octane, i could see it was fast, excellent, well suited to my hardware
and the gallery on your site is superior--thats the sole reason i continue to attempt to use this software
and I want to see it through.
We're quite busy now and expect to be expanding and purchasing several new licenses in the next 24-36
months, along with subsequent upgrades but Number 1, this must get resolved--I need to move on
and resume drawing!
Can someone at Refractive please reply as soon as you can with details and walk me through it or setup a time
that i can call and ideally maybe you can remote into my system and set this thing up along
with a Blender 2.4 or 5 plugin?
