We will be migrating the DigiCert EV SSL/TLS certificate on OctaneLive to an updated certificate on March 3, 2:00 PM (PST).
While this change will not involve any server downtime, it may result in connection issues for users behind corporate firewalls (depending on their security configuration).

Hi, we have a problem with logging in to our account an all machines?
When trying to login to the account on the website - it say:

Offline for Maintenance
The OTOY Account system is currently offline for maintenance.
Please try your request again later, or email [email protected] for assistance.


On the machines it gives Authentication did not succeed.

When do you plan to resolve this issue?

It sounds like the account authentication service may be temporarily unavailable or undergoing maintenance. If the same issue is happening both on the website and across multiple machines, it’s likely a server-side problem rather than an issue with your setup.

Hopefully OTOY can provide an update soon. In the meantime, contacting their support email would probably be the best option for a status update.
