No ! Always problem here ! SIGN-IN on the site doesn't work too for me !
And we are in dead line production

Have you tried to restart your system/router/modem etc.? I'm not aware of any problem with the licensing system and here the plugin can login into my account without problems. Perhaps you could also try to disable the firewall, to see if it helps.

No, alway pb here ! No proxy, no firewall and i can't connect to my account. Same with my Octane web acount. Click on SIGN-IN on web site doesn't work ! Incomprehensible

It's like I'm not allowed to log in at OTOY anymore. On the website or from the plugins !

It's total panic here ! We don't know what to do !

But can you see the web sing-in login page? In this case, are you sure that you are using the right user and password? This is really a weird issue.

If nothing works, please send an email to [email protected] to contact with the support team to see what could be the problem.

Yes, i see SIGN IN button but when i click on it, nothing happen and after a moment i say he can't connect

He say :
Failed to connect to account.otoy.com port 443: Timed out
