Hot Pixels showing After orbx Export Only

I am using hot pixel removal at 0.5. Just 1 sunlight in scene and that's it.
Hot pixels showing up in Octane Standalone Renders, but... It looks 100% fine in Cinema 4D renders, even without hot pixel removal.
Why or how could there be hot pixels in one and not the other? The render settings are identical.
