V4 Scatter Issue

Having a problem rendering to the PV. Everything seems to work fine in LV, but seems to be stuck "preparing the scene" once I render in PV.
After debugging came to notice that the PV rendering is an issue with a scattering object, without it rendering fine. Tried the object tags on it as well, & the "resend data scene" on options, but no luck.
What am I missing? OOC is on with plenty of RAM left. Any help suggestion much appreciated

Octane 4.01.1
Specs 2x 1070
32GBRAM
Intel Skylake CPU @ 4.2ghz
This is the octane log, but I don't think that the problem is within the log. I am guessing some kind of Geometry issue with the scatter.
