15.x.x - 17.x.x Imager stops updating when motion blur is on

This is random issue.
In 15.x.x - 17.x.x releases while Motion blur is enabled Camera Imager stops updating. Turning MB off brings back the imager updates.

The postprocessing are also affected by motion blur and restart rendering every time I change some parameter in it.
