Hi guys,

I've installed octane demo plugin for cinema 4d R19 and even if ican see an Octane option in toolbar on the top I can't open it. Have you any ideas what could be wrong here? I'd be very thankful for every advice. Thank you!!

Hi Serafim,
most likely you need to update your copy of c4d to R19.053 or R19.068, or the plugin cannot be correctly loaded.
Please, go to c4d menu Help/Check for updates.

Hi there,

I've had the same problem. I am on R19.068 but i installed the V4.02.1 yesterday. It worked fine, but after a reboot the plugin just now doesn't load at all. Any idea why please?

Please, go to c4d menu Script/Console, (Shift+F10), and share a complete screenshot of the panel, thanks.
