I wanted to know if there is any features that is not supported like particles from blender. Also if I buy Octane render will it automatically detect blender and integrate into it or will I have to do it myself.

I don't think particles are currently supported (never tried it myself, but I think I've read that they're not). Octane isn't integrated into Blender, but there is an export script available for Blender once you buy Octane.

Octane doesn't support particles directly, but if you can turn them into a mesh and then export them into an OBJ format, then you can import it into Octane.

You better wait until Object Instances are supported.

Kind regards

Nothing that isn't a physical mesh is supported. i.e. the smoke simulator, hair, particles. Octane also only supports a single UV mesh per object so if you are using multiple UVs then these will not work. Also the use of empties to position decals do not work. I am sure there are other things but these are the main points to consider.
