IPR preview window crash

I'm using LW 2015.3 and the 4.0 Octane plugin, and when enlarging the window (clicking and dragging lower right corner), the program completely crashes. This didn't happen with v3. Any ideas?

Hi,
What plugin version are you using? The latest build 4.01.1.0 should have this problem fixed.
