Does c4d send base meshes or high res subdivided ones?

Quick question, when I use a mesh in a subdivision surface and send it to an octane slave, what data is sent to the slave? the low res base mesh (then the octane slave divides it) or the full high poly mesh?

Just trying to resolve some data bandwidth issues.

It send what you have in current render.
