Forum posting for subscription license users

I know this isn't the place to post sorry about that, it seems to be the only place I can make a post. I need some help with the C4D plugin but I can't seem to post on the c4d plugin forum. I have a subscription license, am I allowed to post there?

Hey thanks for the response
I think I am logged in with the right account, looks like I can still only post in the public forums. I had a subscription license that I cancelled then recently started again, maybe that has something to do with it?
Am I being really stupid? I'm not even sure how to ask someone for help, where's the proper support for this?
