I CANNOT USE OCTANE PLUGIN

Help, I instaled the demo and the plugin for cinema R19. I can't see the plugin on the application. I have the subscription . How can i do.....help

for a correct installation of c4doctane plugin, firstly you need to update your Maxon C4D to the latest build, (R16.050, R17.053, R18.057, R19.053, R20.030), or the plugin will not be correctly loaded.
Then copy the uncompressed c4doctane folder in Program files/Maxon/C4D RXX/plugin directory.
And then, remove from the c4doctane folder, all the unnecessary c4doctane-RXX.cdl64 files not related with RXX specific version, and leave only one c4doctane-RXX.cdl64/xdlib file in Program files/Maxon/C4D RXX/plugin/c4doctane directory.
