Hey guys,
I've been following this guide for the instalation of the Octane plugin for Blender: https://docs.otoy.com/BlenderH/BlenderP ... Inside.htm
I've follow every step in the process but for some reason I can't load the pluggin within Blender, I've installed and uninstalled the plugin and the octane server multiple times, but once I open Blender the Octane pluggin doesn't show up in the User preferences > adds on > render options as it's shown in the instructions.

I've installed and used before the Octane demo software to try it out, but I wanted to check the plugin working within blender, so tonight I tried donwloading it and the octane server as requested by the instructions. the versions are:
OctaneRender_Demo_4_00
Octane_Server_DEMO_4.0_-_16.3
Blender_Octane_Edition_16.3_2.79
Blender 2.79
Any thoughts on what to do? I'm working from a Windows 10 64bit edition

Hey man,

Did you get this problem sorted in the end? I'm having the same issue. I click on the server icon and it does nothing. Then disappears if I right click it.
Render engine can't be found anywhere in Blender Octane Edition either.
