Denoser not woring in picture viewer

Hey guys, I got a problem here with the denoiser. My friends have built up a scene with a proper setting, it works fine on his computer with a GTX 1080 ti. We can see great result of denoiser pass in the picture viewer.

However when I ran the file on my computer with a RTX 2080, denoiser pass showed up with noise. How do i fixed it?

Can't you see denoising passes in LiveViewer? Did you enabled denoiser?

Hi,
we are receiving reports from users about noise in the upper left quarter of the frame buffer, if RTX GPU is enabled for Denoising. The issue is not present if RTX GPU is used for rendering, and a Pascal, or Maxwell GPU is used for denoising.
Since it seems to happen only on the first frame, for now, the workaround is to add a frame at the beginning of animations, or create an animation of two frames for stills.

Aoktar I have the same problem with my RTX 2070 in Cinema 4D plugin in Windows 10. In LiveViewer clicking the "Send scene & Restart render" the denoiser will fail. The work around while in LiveViewer is active is to toggle back and forth the "Denoise volumes" setting then denoiser works. Also toggling denoiser layer settings like "denoised diffuse indirect" makes it work.

Denoiser will always fails when rendering to the "Picture Viewer".

It looks like their is an issue how the denoiser is initialize with RTX 2070. Same thing happens with other plugins and with the standalone.

So please report it in standalone forum with enough information and a standalone scene if you can or C4D scene.

Did report yesterday in the standalone release thread with a sample orbx file.
