Cannot render past frame / Plugin Not showing

Hi,
Pulling my hair out here.
In a bid to see if installing on a different computer would fix a problem I have (see below), I cannot for the life of me get the plugin to show up in the cinema menus.
I'm on R19 .068, and have updated all libraries etc, this computer has the 3.08.5 standalone installed which opens fine, Version 3.08.5-R3 (latest stable) 24.10.2018 of the plugin, I have CUDA 10 installed and the latest nvidia driver 416.34, the two GPUs are Titan Vs.
I've attempted this and several previous versions in both the root plugin folder and the one via Cinema's Preferences.
I've installed Octane several times over the last few years and have never had this much trouble. Can anyone shine a light please?
--Main problem--
For some reason I cannot get my scene to render past frame 208, despite being no where near the polygon limit and not having any non-octane materials or shaders - nothing is showing in the octane log either, it just goes as though the render has finished to a single black frame no matter what frame I choose after 208.
GPUs (two 970s) do not come under load at all.
Thanks
Corey
